The Hydraforce 5637212 (5637212) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, spool-type hydraulic sequence valve. It features an external pilot and internal spring chamber drain, designed to direct flow to a secondary circuit once a predetermined pressure level is reached in the primary circuit. In its steady state, the PS10-32 blocks flow from port 3 to port 2. When a predetermined pressure is achieved at port 1, the valve shifts to open port 3 to port 2. The spring chamber is vented at port 2, meaning that back pressure at this port will directly (1:1) influence the valve's setting. This product includes adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve and prohibits springs from going solid, ensuring durability and reliability in operation. Additionally, it offers optional spring ranges up to 144.8 bar (2100 psi). The valve is constructed with a hardened spool and cage for extended life and fits an industry-common size for versatile application across various systems requiring precise hydraulic control.
